Customizable items are non-refundable once manufactured and received by the customer.
Replacements are only possible in the event of a manufacturing or sizing error.
In accordance with the TOS, the customer is informed of the waiting time and must rely on it. It is possible to cancel an order up to 72 hours after placing it, but fees and taxes of 10% will be charged.
The manufacturer reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if the customer is insulting or aggressive. Cancellation of an order will result in a partial refund of up to 50%
