A 10 to 20% tax applies to full custom orders, including personalized support. Research and development time is billable. I'm here to assist you with color selection for you , your pup hood or your fursona,
Submitting a request prior to the reopening will not ensure prioritization. We kindly ask you to wait for timely processing after the reopening. Thank you.
Instead of a full custom commission, use the button for a standard commission from our online shop. It's quick and easy!
The shipping prices are calculated in function of how many goods you add in your order, for the countries outside of EU i join a custom declaration in every parcels,
A essential thing, keep in mind every messages are read by one person, write what you need clearly, also be polite in your messages, a little "hi" is always appreciated :)
- also having a single person who manages communication, response times can be spaced by a few hours, but I will always take the time to respond to you if the message is clear and precise in order to properly process your request -

About the working process :
there is a few steps before receiving your order fully done

- The first step is, of course, to discuss with the maker and take measurements, it's now the time to ask to add a product to your order if you need more, after that it will be too late!

-Then the maker will inform you when the materials have been received (this is usually communicated on my Telegram channel and social media; given the number of customers, sending a message to each one would take too long),

- Then comes the manufacturing period. Photos of each finished item will be sent to you, along with the final photos.

- Shipping generally takes place one week after the order is completed, allowing time for photos to be taken and posted on the website and social media.
The company's vacation period runs each year from mid-July to the end of August. Please take these dates (as indicated on the events calendar) when calculating your deadline.
The materials (leather, buckles, hardware,etc) will be ordered and stored in the workshop before the summer vacations and some parts already crafted before the departure for be sure to complete everything in times, respecting the deadlines !
