TOS (Terms of Selling)

CUSTOMER CARE

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- PAYPAL
- Offline Payments

The 50/50 payment option is also available only for paypal payments :
- 50% for place the order and materials costs
- the last 50% before the shipping

CONDITIONS ON SALE

Clear and concise references (or description of request) must be provided by the client before the artist will give a preliminary quote, modifications could be accepted depending of the working process but with extra fees,

The crafter reserves the right to turn down work with unobtainable, unreasonable deadlines,

The accepting of any rush orders and all fees related to such are up the the waiting list.

Any/all rush fees will be clearly communicated to the client and included in the initial quote. Additional rush fee may apply up to 75% of price quote.

The client acknowledges that they cannot request an artistic style different from the style presented in the artist’s sample image(s), we do not copy the style of other makers,

DEADLINES AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

We assign a slot to the Client with rough time of completion.

Client understands there is no fixed deadline and date of completion can change at any time, a approximate deadline is writted in any product description or given for the commissions placed by mail or messages,

Shipping fees are not part of project price and are measured individually on case to case basis.

Client is responsible to pay shipping fees.
All packet are sent by Colissimo (french postal service) or DPD and comes with tracking number and insurance.

We ship internationally.
The crafter is not responsible for any additional import fees and customs.

We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, or damaged packages caused by the delivery company.

MEASUREMENTS

 Measurements are required for all full body harnesses or set of stuff (cuffs sets), check the products description,

This must be received by the crafter before any work is scheduled to begin,

If the measurements are not received in time begin, then the crafter reserves the right to make the project with his own measurements,
Please mark the measurements mail or message with your name and/or project so it can be easily identified if sended in a different mail or message,

Measurements asked in centimeters usually or inches, do not take them too tight especially for the neck,

PAYMENT, WARRANTY AND REFUNDS

The product will be sold for the price settled upon via communications between the client and the crafter.

50% of the paid price (full for a half-payment) is non-refundable if the client cancels the project contract. This cancellation fee covers the crafter lost time and wages spent on consultation, research, and design of the project (even if no product has yet been made).

Upon cancellation, the client will not be entitled to any of these pre-commission designs or materials as they are solely the intellectual/physical property of AndrewFoxCrafts.

All prices are in EUR. Payments accepted via Revolut, international bank orders or SEPA payments. Paypal is possible, but invoices will be sent in shop home currency (EUR) and client is responsible to cover all fees.

CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS

Customizable items are non-refundable once manufactured and received by the customer.
 

Replacements are only possible in the event of a manufacturing or sizing error.
 

In accordance with the TOS, the customer is informed of the waiting time and must rely on it. It is possible to cancel an order up to 72 hours after placing it, but fees and taxes of 10% will be charged.

We reserves the right to complete the canceled project any way we choose and put it on auction.

Once the project has been finished and/or delivered if something not fit, returns and modifications are accepted. Any project that cannot be delivered or being returned from the postal services (due to lack of payment and/or delivery address) will be held for 1 months (incurring a 20€/week storage fee) and then sold if we get no news from the customer.

The client understands that there is no guarantee of a refund due to satisfaction of the final product.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Do not use the products for dangerous or hard play if they are "decorative", the decorative products are made mostly for looking good, still made of quality leather and steel hardware, but not made for track or support the heavy charges, 
 

 Leather and buckles require some maintenance.

Because the buckles are made of stainless steel, they don't require any maintenance, except for a quick cleaning with a soft cloth in case of contact with fluids (latex oil, water, sweat, etc.).
 

Leather requires greasing and cleaning once or twice a year. The recommended product is leather soap, easily found in shoe repair shops, shoe stores, or online. Instructions are often written on the label.

 

Returns are accepted for goods who needs care or hardware/leather changing but extra fees will be necessary, 

Just enjoy and take care of your goods as much i took care of them !
